titleOfInvention | Lactic acid bacteria-containing composition and immunostimulating composition |
abstract | The present invention provides a new means for enhancing the functionality of lactic acid bacteria and using them effectively. A lactic acid bacteria-containing composition comprising a Bifidobacterium lactic acid bacterium, a Lactobacillus lactic acid bacterium, a Lactococcus lactic acid bacterium, and a Streptococcus lactic acid bacterium, all of which are heat-sterilized. Moreover, it is an immunostimulatory composition containing Bifidobacterium lactic acid bacteria, Lactobacillus lactic acid bacteria, Lactococcus lactic acid bacteria, and Streptococcus lactic acid bacteria, all of which are heat sterilized bodies. These compositions may further contain a heat sterilized body of Enterococcus lactic acid bacteria. Moreover, 20 or more types of lactic acid bacteria may be contained as the lactic acid bacteria. Moreover, lactic acid bacteria derived from enteric bacteria may be included as the lactic acid bacteria. Furthermore, this composition may be in the form of food and drink, pharmaceuticals, animal feeds and the like. [Selection figure] None |
