abstract |
Disclosed is a Kemponashi preparation capable of suppressing color tone change and a method for suppressing color tone change. The Kemponashi formulation contains a Kemponashi extract and at least one selected from dextrin and light anhydrous silicic acid, and is in a solid form. The dextrin and light anhydrous silicic acid contain sugar and amino acids in the Kemponashi extract. By suppressing the Maillard reaction due to moisture absorption, the color change is suppressed.
