titleOfInvention | Solid matter manufacturing apparatus and solid matter manufacturing facility |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a solid material manufacturing apparatus capable of easily obtaining uniformity of a physical state in spite of a simple configuration and structure. A solid material manufacturing method comprising a casing member and a nozzle member housed in the casing member, wherein a liquid material supplied from a rear end portion of the nozzle member is discharged from a front end portion of the nozzle member to obtain a solid material. In the apparatus, the nozzle member 40 includes a first region 41, a second region 42, a third region 43, and a fourth region 44, and at least a part of the cross section of the outer surface of the third region 43 is the second region 42. The second region 42 is formed with a slit portion, and the pressurized fluid introduced into the space 45 from the pressurized fluid introducing portion 35 is separated from the outer surface 43 ′ of the third region 43. The pressurized fluid that has collided and turned into the swirl flow is ejected to the outside through the first gap portion 61 from the slit portion. [Selection] Figure 1 |
