titleOfInvention | Functional material and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | Provided are a functional material capable of releasing functional substances and exhibiting functionality when used, and a method for producing the functional material. The present invention relates to a functional material comprising a fiber assembly, a temperature-responsive phase change material and a functional material, wherein the temperature-responsive phase change material comprises a monomer having a radical polymerizable group and a long-chain alkyl group. The present invention relates to a functional material that is composed of a polymer that includes a phase transition temperature of 0 to 100 ° C. and releases a functional substance at a temperature higher than the phase transition temperature of the temperature-responsive phase transition substance. A temperature-responsive phase change material is formed on a fiber assembly composed of a polymer containing a monomer having a radical polymerizable group and a long-chain alkyl group, to which a temperature-responsive phase change material having a phase transition temperature of 0 to 100 ° C. is fixed. By applying a functional material having a temperature higher than the phase transition temperature of the material, the functional material is incorporated, and the temperature of the fiber assembly incorporating the functional material is set to a temperature lower than the phase transition temperature of the temperature-responsive phase transition material. Thus, the functional material can be obtained by holding the functional substance in the fiber assembly. [Selection figure] None |
