【Task】 It has a skin irritation to the user's skin caused by the preservative and an inflammation-suppressing effect due to the various antiseptics incorporated as an essential ingredient in external preparations for skin, particularly cosmetics. Furthermore, there has been a demand for an external preparation for skin, particularly one having different effects required in cosmetics. [Solution] The present invention has been completed by finding that it suppresses or alleviates inflammation caused by skin irritation of a preservative added to Kikubayamabokuchi in a topical skin preparation, particularly a cosmetic, and has a wide range of effects on a wide variety of preservatives.
