titleOfInvention | Isocyanate production method |
abstract | The present invention provides an isocyanate production method in which side reactions are suppressed and isocyanate is produced continuously. An isocyanate production method is a method of producing an isocyanate by thermal decomposition of a carbamate, wherein a mixed liquid containing a carbamate and a linear or cyclic aliphatic hydrocarbon having 9 to 35 carbon atoms is prepared. A pyrolysis step in which the carbamate is pyrolyzed and continuously introduced into the pyrolysis reactor, and a low-boiling cracking product having a standard boiling point lower than that of the aliphatic hydrocarbon is gas from the pyrolysis reactor. A low boiling point decomposition product recovery step that is continuously extracted in a gaseous state, and a liquid phase component that is not recovered in a gaseous state in the low boiling point decomposition product recovery step as a high boiling point component that is continuously extracted from the thermal decomposition reactor. Boiling point component recovery step. [Selection figure] None |
