abstract |
The present invention provides a method for efficiently obtaining a cell mass having a function similar to that of a living tissue and a method for obtaining a highly safe cell mass that does not differentiate into a tissue of an organ other than the target of transplantation. A culture method for culturing a population of two or more cells including stem cell-derived cells and mesenchymal cells in a recess (10). Stem cell-derived cells are cells obtained by differentiating stem cells in-vitro, and such cells are one or more cells selected from the group consisting of endoderm cells, ectoderm cells, and mesoderm cells. The population is cultured in dents (10) with vascular cells or secreted factors. The dent (10) has a space in which cells can move. When the volume of the space is V mm 3 and the number of mesenchymal cells seeded in the space is N, V is 400 or less. / V is 35 or more and 3000 or less. [Selection] Figure 1 |
