abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor having a low leakage current and a low ESR, a method for producing the same, a conductive polymer capable of constituting the electrolytic capacitor, a method for producing the same, and an oxidizing agent / dopant for producing the conductive polymer. And a solution thereof. The oxidant / dopant for producing a conductive polymer of the present invention comprises (a) benzenesulfonic acid containing a specific hydrocarbon group and naphthalenesulfonic acid containing a specific hydrocarbon group. At least one selected from ferric salts thereof and (b) naphthalenesulfonic acid or ferric salts thereof, and at least a part of (a) and (b) is a ferric salt When the content of (b) is 100 parts by mass, the content of (a) is 1 to 50 parts by mass. The oxidant / dopant solution for producing a conductive polymer of the present invention is obtained by dissolving the oxidant / dopant for producing a conductive polymer of the present invention in a solvent.
