titleOfInvention | Vaccine preparation against Neospora protozoa infection |
abstract | 【Task】 An object of the present invention is to provide a safe vaccine preparation that can shift the balance of Th1-type reaction and Th2-type reaction in livestock such as cattle to the Th1 side. A further object of the present invention is to provide a safe vaccine preparation that can induce an effective immune response against Neospora protozoa infection, particularly cellular immunity. [Solution] The present invention includes a neospora comprising a liposome having a oligosaccharide capable of binding to a sugar chain recognition molecule on the surface of an antigen-presenting cell, encapsulating a cyclophilin derived from Neospora protozoa or a variant or derivative retaining its immunogenicity. The present invention relates to vaccine preparations against protozoal infections. [Selection] Figure 1 |
