[PROBLEMS] The present invention is excellent in adhesion between an active energy ray-curable ink and a receiving layer even when a receiving layer in which a monomer in the active energy ray-curable ink is difficult to permeate is used. SOLUTION: An ink receiving layer having an ink absorption rate of 100% or less is laminated on a substrate surface, and an ink layer made of an active energy ray-curable ink containing a polymerizable compound is laminated on the surface of the ink receiving layer.
