Provided is a laminate coating film capable of maintaining the adhesion between a photocatalyst layer and an intermediate layer for a long period of time. A laminate coating film comprising a base material, an intermediate layer formed on the base material, and a photocatalyst layer formed on the intermediate layer, wherein the intermediate layer segregates inorganic polymer on the surface. The particulate resin composite is included, and the photocatalyst layer includes photocatalyst particles and inorganic oxide particles. The resin composite has a core-shell structure, and the thickness of the shell portion is 5.0 nm or more. The resin composite includes a fluoropolymer, a (meth) acrylic polymer, and an inorganic polymer. The inorganic polymer is polysiloxane. The fluoropolymer includes vinylidene fluoride units and at least one fluoroolefin unit selected from the group consisting of tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene and chlorotrifluoroethylene.
