abstract | Provided are a method capable of more accurately quantifying lipoprotein cholesterol in a test sample, and a quantification reagent and a quantification kit used in this method. The present invention relates to a method for quantifying lipoprotein cholesterol in which lipoprotein cholesterol in a test sample containing lipoproteins is quantified using a quantification reagent, if desired, in the test sample or the quantification reagent. Provided is a quantitative method comprising adding a phospholipid therein. The present invention also provides a quantification reagent for cholesterol in lipoprotein used in the method of the present invention, which contains a phospholipid. Furthermore, the present invention provides a quantification kit for lipoprotein cholesterol used in the method of the present invention, which comprises a phospholipid. [Selection] Figure 1-2 |
