titleOfInvention | Endoribonuclease and its inhibitors |
abstract | Disclosed is an endoribonuclease and an inhibitor that suppresses the activity by binding. An endoribonuclease represented by an amino acid sequence consisting of a specific sequence or an amino acid sequence having at least one of deletion, addition, insertion or substitution of 0 to 10 amino acid residues in the sequence. The 5′-UGG-3 ′ sequence contained in the RNA is recognized, and the phosphodiester bond on the 3 ′ side of the first base of the sequence is hydrolyzed. When this endoribonuclease is allowed to act on single-stranded RNA, a predetermined sequence of RNA is recognized and decomposed. However, when an inhibitor is bound to this endoribonuclease, the above-described degradation is stopped. [Selection figure] None |
