abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shielding material which does not curl even when laminated on a flexible printed wiring board (FPWB), and a conductive adhesive layer is formed by an FPWB ground by a pressurizing pressure during a main crimping process. An object of the present invention is to provide an electromagnetic wave shielding material that can be satisfactorily connected to a circuit. SOLUTION: A conductive adhesive layer containing an acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer having a carboxyl group, an epoxy resin, a curing agent, a conductive material and a phosphazene compound, a protective layer, and a cavity-containing release substrate are laminated. The electromagnetic wave shielding material and the cavity-containing release substrate are preferably a polyethylene terephthalate film or a biaxially stretched polypropylene film.
