abstract |
A ceramic heater with improved reliability is provided. A heating portion 20 of a ceramic heater includes a longitudinal portion 21 extending in a longitudinal direction of the ceramic heater and a connecting portion 22 that alternately connects a distal end side and a proximal end side of the longitudinal portion 21. A part of the connecting part 22 (first connecting part 22a) located at the tip part of the ceramic heater is shifted in the axial direction of the ceramic heater with respect to the other part. As a result, the ceramic heater can suppress excessive heat generation and improve reliability. [Selection] Figure 3 |
