abstract |
An appearance inspection system capable of reducing the trouble of setting imaging conditions by a designer when sequentially imaging a plurality of inspection object positions on an object. An appearance inspection system includes an imaging condition determination unit and a route determination unit. The imaging condition determination unit determines a plurality of imaging condition candidates including a relative position between the workpiece and the imaging device for at least one inspection target position among the plurality of inspection target positions. The path determination unit changes imaging conditions for sequentially imaging a plurality of inspection target positions by selecting any one imaging condition from among a plurality of imaging condition candidates so as to satisfy a predetermined requirement.
