titleOfInvention | Epoxy resin, epoxy resin composition, cured epoxy resin, and semiconductor device, electric wire and rotating machine coil including cured epoxy resin |
abstract | An epoxy resin cured product that has an unprecedented high glass transition temperature that exhibits heat resistance and excellent electrical insulation is produced using an epoxy resin that does not cause an increase in melting temperature or crystallization. An epoxy resin having a structure in which at least two glycidyl ether groups are bonded to a structure obtained by dimerizing an amidated phenolphthalein skeleton is used. A desired epoxy resin cured product is obtained by curing reaction of an epoxy resin composition containing the epoxy resin and a curing agent. [Selection figure] None |
