titleOfInvention Optical sensor device
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly sensitive photosensor device. An optical sensor device includes an insulating substrate, a first conductive layer, and an optical sensor element arranged between the insulating substrate and the first conductive layer. The photosensor element SE is electrically connected to the first conductive layer CL1 and is covered with the first conductive layer CL1. The optical sensor element SE includes a first semiconductor layer SMC1 formed of an oxide semiconductor, and controls the amount of electric charge that flows through the first conductive layer CL1 in accordance with the amount of incident light.
