abstract | An anisotropic conductive member excellent in bondability with a bonding target, a method for manufacturing the anisotropic conductive member, and a method for manufacturing a joined body are provided. An anisotropic conductive member includes an insulating base material and a plurality of conduction paths provided penetrating in the thickness direction of the insulating base material. The conduction path is made of a conductive material, and includes a penetrating portion in the insulating substrate and a protruding portion protruding from at least one surface of the insulating substrate. The conduction path has a height from the surface of the insulating base material from which the protrusion protrudes as h, and a cross-sectional area at a position corresponding to 0.8 h from the surface of the insulating base material from which the protrusion protrudes.
