abstract A high-throughput detection method for an antibody that provides information useful for diagnosis of diseases including multiple sclerosis, optic neuromyelitis spectrum disease, and anti-MOG antibody-related disease / MOG antibody disease. By using a plurality of fluorescent labels and flow cytometry in the CBA method, a plurality of antibodies such as an anti-AQP4 antibody and an anti-MOG antibody can be detected simultaneously. By using flow cytometry based on the CBA method, antibodies contained in a sample are detected with high throughput at a simple, efficient, high sensitivity and low cost. In addition, the detection sensitivity was greatly improved by using live cells and maintaining an accurate three-dimensional structure of the antigen protein. Furthermore, a plurality of types of antibodies can be detected simultaneously in a single measurement, and a large amount of quantitative data can be acquired in a single measurement.
