An object of the present invention is to provide a light-reflecting material that provides a cured product that has high fluidity at room temperature, is excellent in heat resistance (thermal stability), in particular, heat discoloration resistance, and has high light reflectance. A curable silicone composition is provided. [Solution] (A-1) (a) a compound having two hydrogen atoms bonded to a silicon atom represented by the general formula (1) in one molecule, and (b) one molecule of an addition-reactive carbon-carbon double bond 30 to 70 parts by mass of an addition reaction product with at least two addition-reactive carbon-carbon double bonds in a molecule, which is an addition reaction product with a polycyclic hydrocarbon having two in it, (A-2) 30 to 70 parts by mass of a compound represented by the general formula (3), (B) an organosilicon compound having three or more hydrogen atoms bonded to a silicon atom in one molecule; (C) hydrosilylation reaction catalyst, A curable silicone composition for light reflectors, comprising (D) titanium oxide powder and (E) fumed silica powder.
