abstract To provide a fiber structure and a pressure vessel capable of suppressing a decrease in pressure resistance. In a high-pressure tank, a reinforcing fiber sheet has an initial end portion that extends in the axial direction of the liner and starts to be wound around the liner. The liner 12 includes an abutting surface 12 a extending in the axial direction and the radial direction, and an arcuate winding surface 12 b that is continuous with the abutting surface 12 a and has a radius different from the radius of the outer peripheral surface of the liner 12. The height of the butting surface 12 a matches the thickness of the reinforcing fiber sheet 19. The start end 19a of the reinforcing fiber sheet 19 is butted against the butted surface 12a, and a part of the reinforcing fiber sheet 19 is wound around the winding surface 12b.
