A partition wall 20, an exhaust gas inlet cell 12 whose end on the exhaust gas inlet side is opened and an end on the exhaust gas outlet side is plugged with a sealant 11, an end on the exhaust gas outlet side is opened and the exhaust gas inlet side Of the large-capacity cell 12b and the small-capacity cell 13b adjacent to the outer peripheral wall 15 on one surface.
