Method for sealing a microcell container with a phenethylamine mixture |
abstract |
A method for sealing a container having an opening is provided. Contacting an opening with a mixture comprising phenethylamine and a first polymer, adding a fluid contained in a container, and adding a second mixture comprising a second polymer. Wherein the interaction between the mixture of the first and second polymers results in a seal formed over the opening, thereby containing a fluid. The first polymer is typically a water swellable polymer and the second polymer is typically a hydrophilic polymer that forms an interpenetrating network with the swellable polymer.
