Carboxymethylated cellulose nanofiber |
abstract |
The present invention provides a nanofiber of carboxymethylated cellulose that forms a highly transparent aqueous dispersion. SOLUTION: The transmittance of light having a wavelength of 660 nm is obtained when an aqueous dispersion having a crystallinity of cellulose I of 60% or more, an aspect ratio of 350 or less, and a solid content of 1% (w / v) is used. Is a carboxymethylated cellulose nanofiber, which is 60% or more. [Selection figure] None |
