abstract | In an electrolytic capacitor, deterioration of an elastic member constituting a sealing member is suppressed. An electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element, a case having an opening and accommodating the capacitor element, and a sealing member for sealing the opening. The sealing member includes an elastic member fitted in the opening and an insulating inorganic layer formed on the surface of the elastic member.
