Immunochromatographic analyzer for chikungunya virus detection |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to detect rapidly and with high sensitivity even various chikungunya viruses having different genotypes or chikungunya viruses in which a part of a structural protein is mutated. Another object of the present invention is to specifically detect chikungunya virus by suppressing cross-reaction with other viruses other than chikungunya virus. The present invention relates to an immunochromatographic analyzer for detecting chikungunya virus, comprising a sample addition part, a labeling substance holding part, a chromatographic medium part having a detection part, and an absorption part. The immunochromatography part contains the antibody (A) or antigen-binding fragment thereof, and the detection part contains the antibody (B) or antigen-binding fragment thereof, and (C) the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof. The present invention relates to an analyzer. [Selection] Figure 1 |
