abstract | The present invention provides a polymerization reaction product that can be used for producing a coating layer having high adhesion on a substrate. The polymerization reaction product is a product produced by emulsion polymerization of the ethylenically unsaturated monomer (b) in the presence of the saturated polyester resin (a).
