abstract There is provided a needle stick device capable of lowering a needle to a suitable position of a liquid container while eliminating a positional deviation between the needle and the liquid container. A needle stick device for piercing a needle body into a lid of a liquid container in which a radioactive liquid is enclosed is provided. In this needlestick device, a mounting table 12 on which a shielding container 5 that contains a liquid container 7 filled with a radioactive liquid and shields leakage of radiation from the liquid is mounted, and a needle body 9 above the mounting table 12. A guide plate 22, a sliding part 23, a frame 24, a guide part 16 and a handle 25, which are needle body moving parts for moving the needle up and down, and a slope 121 on which the shielding container 5 is placed on the mounting table 12. However, the needle stick device is configured to have the engaging portion 14 including the concave portion 13 and the convex portion 15 that are engaged with at least the bottom portion 66 of the shielding container 5.
