abstract An object of the present disclosure is to provide a sealed box device with a connector that electrically connects the outside and the inside of a sealed box and has a very high air density between the outside and the inside of the sealed box. A sealed box device 101 with a connector is provided on both sides of a sealed box 110 in which an opening 111 is formed, an inner via substrate 500 that covers the opening 111, and the inner via substrate 500, and is electrically connected to each other. The first connector 311 and the second connector 312, and the packing 210 interposed between the peripheral portion of the opening of the sealed box 110 and the inner via substrate 500 are provided.
