A copolymerizable monomer containing, (D) a polyalkylene glycol mono (meth) acrylate monomer, and (E) a nitrogen-containing vinyl monomer or alkoxy group-containing alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer that does not contain a hydroxyl group. It consists of a copolymerized copolymer, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition contains a trifunctional isocyanate compound and (F) a polyether-modified siloxane compound having an HLB value of 7 to 12 as a crosslinking agent.
