abstract |
The present invention provides a hard coat film excellent in adhesion (particularly adhesion over time) with a hard coat layer when a cycloolefin polymer film is used as a substrate. In this hard coat film, a hard coat layer containing an ionizing radiation curable resin is laminated on at least one side of a cycloolefin polymer base film via a primer layer. The arithmetic average surface roughness (Ra) of this primer layer is in the range of 0.5 nm to 15.0 nm. 【Selection chart】 None |
