A reflecting member 30 having a converting member 20, an upper surface 30a and covering the side surface 10c of the light emitting element and the side surface 20c of the wavelength converting member, and covering the upper surface 20a of the wavelength converting member and the upper surface 30a of the reflecting member A covering member 40, wherein the covering member 40 contains any one of a pigment and a dye, and the body color of the wavelength conversion member 20 and the body color of the covering member 40 are similar.
