abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for achieving high level of immunity by single immunization against nosocomial staphylococcal infection. Kind Code: A1 A human patient is administered a single dose of an immunogenic composition comprising type 5 S. aureus capsular saccharide conjugated to a carrier protein to form type 5 S. aureus capsular saccharide conjugate. A method of immunizing against S. aureus infection, wherein Type 5 S. aureus capsular saccharide conjugate is administered at a sugar dose of 3-50 μg. 【Selection chart】 None |
