abstract An object of the present invention is to provide an edible oil containing highly unsaturated fatty acid in which the amount of oil remaining adhering to a cap or the like after use is reduced. An edible oil comprising an oil having an iodine value of 130 or more and a medium-chain fatty acid-containing triglyceride in a mass ratio of 97: 3 to 30:70. The edible oil whose content of the medium chain fatty acid triglyceride which occupies for the said medium chain fatty acid containing triglyceride is 30-100 mass%. The edible oil whose content of the capric acid which occupies for the whole quantity of the medium chain fatty acid which comprises the said medium chain fatty acid containing triglyceride is 20-100 mass%. An edible oil, wherein the oil having an iodine value of 130 or more is a cold pressed oil of vegetable oil material. 【Selection chart】 None
