titleOfInvention | Toner, toner storage unit, image forming apparatus and image forming method |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a toner which is excellent in friction resistance of an output image and is free from conveyance flaws and the like even in a low temperature fixed toner. A binder resin and a releasing agent are contained, and the binder resin includes the crystalline polyester resin having a constitutional unit derived from a saturated aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and a constitutional unit derived from a saturated aliphatic diol. The amount of the surface metal element derived from a divalent or higher metal element and the halogen element as measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) of the toner, which is a toner after the toner is processed under specific processing conditions A toner in which the amount of surface nonmetallic elements derived therefrom satisfies the following formula (A). Surface metal element content> Surface non-metal element content Formula (A) [Selected figure] Figure 4 |
