titleOfInvention | Color conversion layer and image display device |
abstract | An object is to provide a color conversion layer which is excellent in color conversion and which includes semiconductor quantum dots and efficiently converts irradiated ultraviolet visible light to a wavelength of 500 to 800 nm and transmits the light. The above problem is solved by providing a quantum dot concentration on a surface irradiated with ultraviolet visible light in a film containing quantum dots that absorb ultraviolet visible light and emit fluorescence and an organic dye that prevents transmission of ultraviolet visible light. Maximum intensity (P1) of the emission intensity observed from the second surface when UV-visible light is applied from the first surface where the concentration of the quantum dot is high, with a concentration gradient higher than the concentration on the opposite surface A color conversion layer in which the ratio of P1 to P2 is equal to or greater than a specific value between the maximum values (P2) of emission intensities observed from the first surface when irradiated with ultraviolet visible light from the second surface It is solved by that.
