titleOfInvention | Olefin-based foam and method for producing the same |
abstract | The object is to provide an olefin foam having high deodorizing properties, antibacterial properties and mold resistance even with a simple homogeneous structure. A foam comprising a thermoplastic resin containing an olefin resin and zinc sulfate is prepared. In the foam, the zinc sulfate is dispersed in the thermoplastic resin as a dispersed phase with an average dispersion diameter of 10 μm or less. The proportion of zinc in the foam may be 5% by mass or less. The expansion ratio of the foam may be 10 times or more. The olefin resin may be a polyethylene resin. The zinc sulfate may be localized on the wall surface of the void or in the vicinity of the skin layer. The foam may be a protective material (in particular, a protective material for agricultural products). 【Selection chart】 None |
