abstract | An electrolytic capacitor with reduced ESR is provided. A method of manufacturing an electrolytic capacitor according to the present invention comprises a first step of preparing a capacitor element comprising an anode body having a dielectric layer, and the capacitor element comprising at least a conductive polymer and a first solvent. After the second step of impregnating the first treatment liquid and the second step, the capacitor element is impregnated with the second treatment liquid containing an aggregating agent in a state where at least a part of the first solvent remains.
