A partition member includes a grid portion and a projecting portion. The lattice portion is formed in a lattice shape, and includes a first direction portion formed in the first direction and a second direction portion formed in the second direction. The projecting portion is formed to project from the grid portion toward the traveling direction side of the light emitted from the light emitting means, and extends in a direction different from the first direction and the second direction. Further, the partition member is disposed such that the projection and the irradiation target member do not abut on each other. [Selected figure] Figure 249
