titleOfInvention | Novel promoter and expression vector containing the same |
abstract | A novel promoter capable of highly producing a recombinant protein in mammalian cells and an expression vector containing the same are produced to produce a recombinant protein. SOLUTION: A transformant obtained by transforming a mammalian cell with a vector comprising a promoter comprising a polynucleotide lacking a partial sequence of a human growth factor 1 alpha (EF1 alpha) promoter and a polynucleotide encoding a protein is obtained. By culturing, a recombinant protein is produced, and the recombinant protein produced from the obtained culture is recovered. [Selected figure] Figure 2 |
