abstract | The present invention provides a mixed yarn and a fabric which are excellent in impregnating ability between thermoplastic resin and reinforcing fibers when producing a fiber reinforced molded article, and which can obtain a fiber reinforced molded article having excellent mechanical properties, and mechanical properties. Provided is an excellent fiber reinforced molded article and a method for producing the same. A mixed yarn comprising a reinforcing fiber and a first thermoplastic resin fiber, wherein the first thermoplastic resin fiber is selected from the group consisting of a carbonyl group-containing group, a hydroxy group, an epoxy group and an isocyanate group. What is claimed is: 1.
