abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a packaging material in which a decorative effect by a pattern is further enhanced in a packaging material having a reverse printing, and a packaging container and a lid using the same. SOLUTION: At least a transparent mat layer 2, a transparent base 3, a picture print layer 4 and a ground color print layer 5 are laminated in this order from the outer layer side, and a picture is formed by the picture print layer 4 (A) at least one of the clear layer 6 laminated on the outer layer side surface of the transparent mat layer 2 and the unlaminated portion of the (b) transparent mat layer 2 on a part of the surface on the outer layer side of A packaging material 1 having a configuration, and a packaging container and a lid using the packaging material 1.
