titleOfInvention Electrochemical device
abstract The present invention provides an electrochemical device which is easy to manufacture and can suppress the occurrence of a short failure. An element body 10 in which a pair of internal electrodes are laminated so as to sandwich a separator layer, an exterior sheet 4 covering the element body 10, and an exterior sheet such that the element body 10 is immersed in an electrolyte solution. The electrochemical device is an electrochemical device having seal portions 40 and 42 for sealing the peripheral portion, and lead terminals 18 and 28 drawn out from the seal portions 40 and 42 of the exterior sheet 4. At the position where the exterior sheet 4 includes the metal sheet 4A and the lead terminals 18, 28 are pulled out, the leading end portions 4d1, 4d2 of the exterior sheet 4 separate from the lead terminals 18, 28 along the lead-out direction of the lead terminals 18, 28. Open outward in the direction. [Selected figure] Figure 3
