abstract |
An object of the present invention is to improve the performance of a high frequency region possessed by an electrolytic capacitor, and to suppress the capacity reduction rate in the high frequency region and to increase the ripple current resistance in the high frequency region. SOLUTION: At least two types of electrolytic capacitors (4-1, 4) provided with at least two electrolytic capacitors (4-1, 4-2) in which etching pits are formed in an electrode foil, and the etching pit lengths are made different. -2) are connected in parallel, and the installation number is the same or different.
