abstract |
To form a metal pattern in which the occurrence of bulges is reduced. A method of manufacturing a substrate provided with a metal pattern includes the step of applying a metal ink as a first ink on a substrate to form a metal pattern. The metal ink comprises metal nanoparticles, an organic solvent, and a wettability improver for the substrate. The organic solvent hydrogen bond dH Hansen parameter is at 2 MPa 0.5 or more 13 MPa 0.5 or less, including a first solvent polarity term dP is 2 MPa 0.5 or more. The wettability improver is at least one compatible with the organic solvent and selected from the group consisting of aliphatic hydrocarbons and aliphatic polysiloxanes. [Selected figure] Figure 1 |
