abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microfluidic device capable of detecting an inflow of a sample as a fluid with high accuracy and without providing an extra structure not necessary for a reaction. SOLUTION: This is a microfluidic device 1 for analyzing a component in a sample which is a fluid by reacting with a reagent. The device main body 2 is provided with a flow path structure 3, and the flow path structure 3 has a flow path structure 3. Is provided with a reaction section in which a sample which is a fluid is sent and the components in the sample are reacted with the reagents 12a to 12f, and further, the absorbance is measured at a specific wavelength in the flow path structure 3. A microfluidic device 1 provided with reagents 12a to 12f containing the substances to be presented, and the inflow of a sample into the reaction section is detected by measuring the absorbance in the reaction section.
