titleOfInvention | Medical adhesive excellent in autolysis and adhesion, and powder spray device therefor |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to show excellent performance in adhesion strength due to gelation, hardenability, coatability, etc. with respect to a site where a large amount of body fluid exudes in surgery and other living tissues, and it has self-degradability and flexibility for living tissues. Provided are a medical adhesive that can be optionally adjusted, and a powder spray device therefor. A partially carboxylated poly is obtained by reacting a first reactant comprising powder of aldehyde-forming α-glucan with succinic anhydride or glutaric anhydride so that the percentage of remaining amino groups is 70 to 93%. Premixing with a second reactant consisting of L-lysine powder to form a mixed adhesive powder. Powder spray apparatus 10 comprising a funnel 1 for supplying mixed adhesive powder into an air flow pipe 4 for application and a vibration motor 2 for vibrating the same, and a bypass air flow pipe 8 for flowing compressed air during application and standby. The application is performed so that the amount of application once is 20 to 50 mg / cm 2 . [Selected figure] Figure 1 |
