abstract | A thermally conductive grease having high thermal conductivity, consistency and high thermal stability at high temperatures. A thermally conductive grease according to the present invention comprises (A) 85 to 97 mass% of an inorganic powder filler, (B) 2 to 14 mass% of a base oil, and (C) a dispersant of 0.001 to 1 mass%.
