titleOfInvention | Solid electrolytic capacitor |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a three-terminal type solid electrolytic capacitor excellent in noise removal effect in a wide frequency band and capable of flowing a large current. A pair of anode terminals 26 and 27 are disposed on a pair of end faces 22 and 23 of a main body 25 of a solid electrolytic capacitor 21, and a cathode terminal 28 is disposed on a bottom surface 24. Capacitor element 30 provided in main body 25 is electrically connected to linear through conductor 31 made of a valve metal, a dielectric layer on through conductor 31, on the dielectric layer, and cathode terminal 28. And the cathode side functional layer 36. The through conductor 31 includes a core 32 and a porous portion 33 covering the circumferential surface of the core. Both end surfaces of core portion 32 of through conductor 31 are exposed from sealing material 29 in a state of extending in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of through conductor 31, and each of a pair of end surfaces 22 and 23 of main body 25 Above, it is covered and in contact with a pair of anode terminals 26 and 27, respectively.
